Analysis of Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company Goldpress s.r.o., which specializes in the printing industry. The first part deals with theoretical bases, further are performed analyzes – PESTEL analysis, Porter's analysis, 7S and selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the partial analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

The bachelor thesis focuses on ways of assessing the financial situation of a company. The theoretical part characterizes the financial analysis, its users, sources and particular indicators. The methods of strategic evaluation of a company are included as well. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the company Antech, spol. s r.o., accounting documents of this company are framed according to the theory and evaluated. In conclusion, proposals for solution of the current state of this company are presented.

The diploma thesis analyzes the company according to selected economic methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the individual methods are explained. Especially the PESTEL method, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, McKinsey 7S model and Kralicek Quick Test. In the practical part, these methods are applied for the analysis of company status. The results were used to compile the SWOT analysis. Based on the resulting strategy, suggestions are made to improve the company's current situation.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the organisation Vinné sklepy Lechovice, spol. s r.o. At first the theoretical background on which the thesis is based on is introduced. These theoretical means are then used for the financial analysis itself. In the analytical part the inner and outer factors which influence the organisation and its financial state are analysed. Finally, suggestions for the improvement of the financial situation of the organisation are presented. These suggestions are based on the problematic segments discovered in the analytical part of the thesis.

The master´s thesis deals with the proposal for marketing communication improvement in chosen company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part describes the important terms of marketing and presents theoretical framework for following parts. The second part is focused on the characteristics of selected company and describes its current situation. This part also analyses the internal and external environment, marketing and communication mix and contains the results of questionnaire survey. Based on results of analytical part, the third part contains proposals for marketing communication improvement.

The diploma thesis deals with an assessment of the economic situation of the selected limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “PODNIK”) and introduces a number of proposals for its improvement. The company operates in the field of industrial filtration and manufactures custom technological complexes. Strategic analysis was used to evaluate external and internal factors that have an impact on the company. This evaluation reveals the strengths and weaknesses of the company and what opportunities and threats the company faces. The results put forward the proposals on the basis of which the economic situation of the company can improve.

The subject of this master's thesis is the analysis of the external and internal environment of Seats, a company operating on the automotive market. For the assessment of its current position, there were used the SLEPTE analysis, Porter´s five forces model, model 7S, and selected financial analysis methods. The results of these analyses are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Based on the executed analyses, recommendations to improve the company's economic situation have been suggested.
